High temperature metal axial fans have a maximum operating temperature of 185°F (85°C) versus the traditional 140°F (60°C) that most axial fans operate under. The fans are suited for applications with high operating temperatures because they have a thermal-protected external rotor capacitor-run induction motor. These models are designed for use in ambient temperatures up to 30 percent higher than standard AC fans. The compact high temperature axial fans most commonly are used to circulate air to regulate temperatures in machinery, ovens and equipment enclosures. Offered in more than 10 sizes, the fans can be customize to fit any application.
