Fuel-fired conveyor oven is rated for 500°F (260°C) maximum operating temperature and can be used to cure resin applied to the filters. The single, direct-fired, natural gas heater box has a capacity of 500,000 BTU/hr. The 5,000-cfm circulation fan and 750-cfm exhaust fan include air-proving circuits that are electrically interlocked with the heating circuit. Integral plenums and a high efficiency circulation fan deliver uniform vertical-down airflow throughout the workspace. Adjustable end panels can be lowered on the entrance and exit openings to minimize the air leakage into the rest of the plant. The oven is supplied with a stainless-steel belt to help prevent oxidation touching parts. A PLC is interfaced with a remotely mounted touchscreen HMI, allowing all oven and conveyor operations to be controlled from a single interface.
