Intended for laboratory testing and low volume production applications, Model D-100 is equipped with a 16" (40 cm), 1625-W square infrared heater that achieves temperatures to 750°F (400°C). The compact infrared conveyor dryer can be placed on tabletops or wheeled utility carts with tops as small as 24" (61 cm) square.
The heating chamber has a fixed infeed width of 19.5" (49.6 cm), and its infeed height can be raised and lowered from 2 to 7" inches (5 to 17.7 cm). The heater also can be raised, lowered and pivoted to accommodate the products being heated using lock knobs on the sides of the heating chamber for uniform heating. Heater shields are included as standard to maximize edge-to-edge temperature consistency. Offered in 120 or 240 V models, the oven has an 18" (45.8 cm) wide Teflon-coated fiberglass conveyor belt driven by a 50 in-lb motor.
