Continuing Education FAQs
We are pleased to offer continuing education (CE) sessions at the 2023 Process Heating & Cooling Show! Approved CE sessions will offer RCEP PDHs, RETA PDHs, AIA LUs, and IACET CEUs. Earn PDHs and CEUs to maintain your license or credential and expand your industry knowledge and experience.
Below are FAQs and information regarding these credits at the 2023 Process Heating & Cooling Show.
What credits can I earn?
We will be offering credits through RCEP, RETA, AIA, IACET. Visit the Agenda to see what can be earned.
What if I am an RCEP or AIA member and did not provide my member number when I registered?
Please email ceu@bnpmedia.com if you are a RCEP or AIA member and did not submit your member number upon registration.
Where is my certificate of completion?
Instructions on how to view or download your certificate(s) of completion will be emailed to the email address that you used to register for the event. Please allow up to 5 business days post-event to receive the certificate email instructions.
I completed a course, why is my credit not showing up on my RCEP or AIA transcript?
Please allow approximately 14 days upon completing a course for the credit to appear on your RCEP or AIA transcript.
Do I need to self-report my credits to RCEP or AIA?
No. We report RCEP and AIA credits earned on your behalf if you have provided a valid RCEP or AIA member number. For further credit reporting information, please visit the accreditations page on the CE Center.
I am not a RCEP or AIA member, will I still receive a certificate?
Yes, you do not need to be a member of RCEP, AIA or another professional organization in order to complete courses and earn credit on the CE Center.
Will my state board accept your courses/credits?
Most state boards accept courses that are approved for AIA, RCEP, and IACET credits, however check with your state licensing board for all laws, rules, and regulations to confirm.
